摘要: 有一種罕見的遺傳疾病,叫做自體發炎週期性症候群,簡稱CAPS。它有三種:家族性寒冷自體發炎症候群FCAS)、默克威爾斯症候群MWS以及新生兒多系統發炎疾病NOMID。因為製造冷比林蛋白的基因突變,產生過多白介質-1形成症狀,一再復發的蕁麻疹、發燒、發冷、關節疼痛、疲倦以及眼睛紅腫疼痛,觸發的原因是氣溫下降,一冷就會發作,嚴重地干擾患者的正常生活。
