Yee Wah Foo's research on Fu Bingchang has put on the map a relatively unknown, but important character in China's modern history (he was China's signatory to the United Nations and played a pivotal role in China's acceptance by the Big Three; he negotiated on a number of important treaties, including the Sino-Soviet Treaty of 1945; and he was China's ambassador to Soviet Russia during WW2.)
