Employee-Driven Innovation develops research within the fields of learning, innovation and employees at work. It is this unique focus on employees in relation to innovation and learning and vice versa, which distinguishes this anthology from many other conceptualizations of and approaches to innovation. It offers a unique perspective on the advantages and disadvantages of the processes of innovation that emerge in everyday working life, emphasizing an often overlooked driver of innovation, namely the employees and how they engage in various collaborative forms of innovation. It also stresses the link between learning, innovation and employees, in its exploration of practice-based forms of innovation in contemporary organizations.
